Project Management Overview
Project Management allows your firm to enter and maintain projects. Projects are used throughout the application to track project progress and to review resource usage.
From within a project, you can:
-
Manage the work-breakdown-structure (WBS)
-
Manage labor and expense terms used to calculate project effort and billing values
-
Define bill terms and the bill structure
-
Review and adjust percent complete, effort at completion, and budget values
-
Schedule resources
-
Manage baselines
In addition, Project Management allows you to define basic project configurations and update project progress.
Define configurations such as:
-
Business Unit
-
Service Line
-
Market Segment
-
Work Type
Project data can be analyzed in a variety of ways. Project Management is fully integrated with the projects, financials, and billing systems.
