Statistical Ledger Summary (Inquiry)

Additional Information

The Statistical Ledger Summary Inquiry allows you to view a summary of statistical ledger transactions posted to accounts. The inquiry provides three levels of information, which include the statistical ledger summary, an account summary, and associated statistical ledger transactions.

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

Restriction Description
Fiscal Calendar Enter or select a fiscal calendar. This is the definition of the fiscal years and posting periods for a specified fiscal year. This field defaults to the default fiscal calendar.
From Fiscal Period

Enter or select a fiscal period. This is the first date in the date range to include items. This field defaults to the current fiscal period.
To Fiscal Period Enter or select a fiscal period. This is the last date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the current fiscal period.
  Account Enter or select a desired statistical ledger account.

  • Organization
  • Organization Map
  • Organization Map Level Id Outliner String

Results

The inquiry results include the following two levels of information:

  • Statistical Ledger Summary: The first level of the inquiry provides general ledger summary information, which includes Account Code, Account Name, Organization Code, Organization Name, Measure Code, Measure Name, Previous Quantity, Current Quantity, and Total Quantity.     The following optional restrictions are available:

    • Company Code
    • Company Name
    • Organization Manager Code
    • Organization Manager Full Name
    • Organization Map Level (2-6) Name

  • Account Summary: The second level of the inquiry provides an account summary, which includes Fiscal Period, and Quantity. ClosedAccount Summary Optional Columns.

    The following optional columns of information are available:

    • Posting Period

  • Statistical Ledger Transactions:The third level of the inquiry provides Statistical Ledger Transactions information, which includes EVC Type, Employee / Vendor / Client Code, Employee / Vendor / Client Name, Document Number, Document Date, and Quantity. ClosedStatistical Ledger Transactions.
