Security Delegation (Inquiry)

The Security Delegation Inquiry allows you to query for and view a list of security delegations. From the inquiry, you can view a historical and current list of delegations, a forecasted view of all planned delegations, or both.

 

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

Restriction		Description
	Employee	Enter or select one or more employees to include in the inquiry results.
	Responsibility	Enter or select one or more responsibilities to include in the inquiry results.
	Delegate	Enter or select one or more delegates to include in the inquiry results.
	Planned	Select if you want to view delegations for future time periods. When the checkbox is not selected, all current and historical delegations are returned. To include all, click on the checkbox until it is filled with a blue box.
	From Effective Date	Enter or select a date. This if the first date in the date range to include delegations with an effective date.
	To Effective Date	Enter or select a date. This if the last date in the date range to include delegations with an effective date.

Results

The inquiry contains a single level of security delegate information, which includes Employee, Responsibility, Delegate, Start Date, End Date, and Planned. Security Delegation Optional Columns.
