Project Detail (Inquiry)
Additional Information
The Project Detail Inquiry allows you to view detail transactions posted to projects, which includes information such as labor hours, cost, and effort and expense and unit cost and effort by project and task.
Restrictions
The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

From Posting Date |
Enter or select a posting date. This is the first date in the date range to include items. This field defaults to the current posting period. |

To Posting Date | Enter or select a posting date. This is the last date in the date range to include items. This field defaults to the current posting period. |
| From Transaction Date |
Enter or select a transaction date. It is the first date in the date range to include items. This is an additional date used to further refine results returned from the Posting Date range. |

| To Transaction Date |
Enter or select a transaction date. It is the last date in the date range to include items. This is an additional date used to further refine results returned from the Posting Date range. |

Currency Type | Enter or select the type of currency to display on the inquiry. This field defaults to Project Currency, but available options include Base Currency, Company Currency, and Project Currency. |
| Project Status | Select a status. This limits the inquiry results to projects with the selected status. | |
| Project | Enter or select a specific project. This limits the inquiry results to details about this project only. | |
| Transaction Status | Enter or select the status of transactions to be returned. This field defaults to Posted Transactions, but available options include Pending Transactions and Both (blank). |

Results
The inquiry contains a single level of project detail information, which includes Project Code, Project Name, Task Code, Task Name, EVC Type, Employee / Vendor / Client Code, Employee / Vendor / Client Name, Posting Date, Transaction Date, Document Number, Cost, Effort, Quantity, Working Organization Code, Working Organization Name, Billable, and Unit Name.
