Opportunities (Inquiry)

Additional Information

The Opportunities Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of opportunities. In addition, authorized users can edit opportunity information. By default, the results are sorted by Opportunity Code and Opportunity Name.

Note: If an organization and Working is selected as a restriction, the fees (Expense Fee, Factored Fee, Labor Fee, Net Fee and Subconsultant) are constrained by the Working Organization.

This inquiry provides the ability to view more details and edit a document using the inquiry split pane. Click the View button and then select the Split Pane option. For more information, see View Additional Details in the Split Pane.

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

  Restriction Description
  Opportunity Status Select the status of opportunities to include.
  Opportunity Enter or select one or more opportunities to include in the inquiry results.
  Client Enter or select one or more clients. This limits the results to opportunities associated with the selected clients.
  Opportunity Stage Enter or select one or more opportunity stages. This limits the results to opportunities in the selected stages.
  Fee Enter a fee amount, and then click the down arrow above the field to select how the entered value should be used to limit results. By default, the Greater Than option is selected.
  From Award Date Enter or select a date. This if the first date in the date range to include opportunities with an award date.
  To Award Date Enter or select a date. This if the last date in the date range to include opportunities with an award date.

Results

The inquiry contains a single level of opportunity information, which includes Opportunity Name, Client Name, Opportunity Manager Name, Opportunity Stage Name, Currency Code, Factored Net Fee, Company Name, Organization Name, and Award Date. ClosedOpportunity Optional Columns.
