Bill Control Summary (Inquiry)
Additional Information
The Bill Control Summary Inquiry allows you to display project Bill Controls for a Biller / Project Accountant to review so they can see what has been billed on a project bill term.
The Bill Control Summary Inquiry provides authorized users the ability to view attachments on documents. See attachments for more information.
Restrictions
The inquiry contains the following default restrictions:

Results
The inquiry contains a first level of project information, which includes Project Code, Project Name, Bill Term Code, Bill Term Name, Task Name, Bill Task Name, Amount, and Status (Bill Control Summary Status).

Bill Control Detail
The inquiry also contains a Bill Control Detail level, which includes Posting Date, Input Document Type, Input Document Source, Document Number, Document Date, Amount, and Status. You can right-click on a Bill Control Detail line item to select the Create Bill Adjustment option. Availability is based on your user security for Bill Adjustment. When selected, a Bill Adjustment tab opens that is populated with the selected Bill Control Summary data.
